Labor only to remove 1 ceramic floor tile (up to 12" X 12") and replace with one identical tile provided by customer. Includes sundry materials including fortified quick-setting mortar. Does NOT include grout or grout sealer. Customer supplies all other materials. Exceptions are that other plumbing, electrical, cabinet, tasks arise and are done at an extra cost.
